Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most physical products (such as streaming devices and accessories) within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper setup
Items showing signs of wear, modification, or tampering
Software, digital downloads, or activation codes
Services that have already been rendered (such as setup or troubleshooting sessions)
💰 2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
Items not returned in their original condition
Missing accessories or packaging
Cancellations made after the product has shipped but before delivery
Non-Refundable Items
Service or setup fees once work has begun
Shipping and delivery charges
Any fees related to payment processing
🧰 3. Service Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you’ve booked a setup, installation, or support service:
Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation: Requests within 24 hours may incur a $10 service fee.
No-Show Policy: If our technician or representative cannot reach you, the session is marked complete and no refund is issued.
Rescheduling: Available at no cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
🚚 4. Shipping & Return Process
To return a product:

Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely, including your order number and RMA inside the package.
Ship the product to the return address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
🧾 5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Photographic proof may be requested for verification.
🔁 6. Exchanges
Only available for defective or damaged items of the same model.
If the same item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
⚠️ 7. Important Notes
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
No cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.
Gift cards, promotional credits, and discount codes are non-refundable.
Service fees for completed or partially completed support sessions are non-refundable.
